One Week of Detox Shake

I tried the detox shakes for one full week and I am into my second week. I do feel like my digestive system is much better. What we need to remember is that we consume a lot of toxins every day ( if we eat quick meals ). Our body naturally expends those toxins as well. Our bodies really are self sufficient but we need to take care of it so it runs correctly.

If we don’t get enough sleep, if we are under a lot of stress, if we are addicted to quick meals then our body may not expend those toxins as efficiently. I have a digestive problem (celiac) that will always be there so detoxing helps me. Check with your doctor about natural detoxing.

I know that the shake helps me lower my blood pressure, my glucose levels, cancer as well as heart disease thanks to the leafy greens and kiwi. Eat green everyday!
