Necessary Supplements

Are You Confused or Feeling Overwhelmed with all the “Necessary” Supplements you need to take for the best workout or the best nutrition program? Let’s make it simple…

1. Are you feeling tired? Maybe you aren’t getting enough vitamin Bs. Are you eating enough eggs and/or meats? Are you eating enough veggies including leafy greens. If not, increase your intake. If needed, add a vitamin B supplement.

2. Are you hungry and/or sore after your workout? This can actually be a good thing. Adding more protein will be needed as you increase the intensity of your workout program. You can get this through foods or through protein powders. A good protein powder according to Dr. Axe is a bone broth protein.

3. Are you feeling fatigued? You may even get flu like symptoms when you increase your exercise routine? Probiotics is the safest and one of the most effective ways to help combat this. According to Dr. Axe the probiotics should be required to refrigeration.

This is a great start that will give you energy; keep your immune system strong and will help you build endurance in a safe and natural way. Check with your physician for specific brands and recommendations.IMG_0036
