I dream of “six pack”

MSix pack abs ost of us start with exercise when we think about a six pack. It is a great place to start. A strong core can eleviate back pain as well as hip pain. A strong core will create a stronger body faster…..but why can’t I see my six pack? The reason is not because you need to add another Pilates class or another 500 crunches. The reason is the way you eat every day. I’m not even talking about what you eat exactly. So, what is step 2 if step 1 is exercise?

✔️Make sure you are eating throughout the day. Eat at least 5-6 meals per day (200-300 calories each)
✔️ Eat most of your carbohydrates earlier in the day (atleast 60%)
✔️Every 3-4 weeks try to decrease your carbohydrates by atleast 30% for one full week. This allows your body to effeciently use protein as an energy source. This is not consistent-only every 3-4 weeks
✔️Make sure you are eating enough protein .8-1.0 grams per body weight

Now I know you are asking will this really work? I started this about 3 months ago and I have lost 5 pounds. I have less bloating and water retention.
