Are you craving sugar constantly? Your sitting in a meeting thinking about that piece of cake and/or doughnut in the middle of the table or right outside the door..The urge is overpowering. Your coworkers turn into doughnuts as they are talking to you. I have two simple words for you to start to curb that craving. PROTEIN AND WATER.
What did you eat for breakfast? Did it include water and protein? If not, give a high protein breakfast a try tomorrow. When you wake up in the morning drink a glass of water (helps with saitey). You can still drink your caffeine with breakfast. See below on some simple high protein breakfasts:
