Healthy Rice Krispies

We are all looking for options to satisfy our sweet tooth. Try these Rice Krispie bars. They are high in protein and fiber.

Ingredients for healthy rice krispies


2 tbsp of clover honey
1/2 a cup or Rice Krispies
Half a cup of dry quick oats (try a gluten free option)
2 tbsp of unsalted reduced fat butter
Two scoops of protein powder

Mix all the ingredients together and spray a nine by nine inch pan. Place your ingredients in the pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 325 degrees.

Makes 16 servings only 64 calories each.
