Ingredients:
1 cup of rolled oats (gluten free is an option)
1 1/4 cup of unsweetened or lightly sweetened almond milk
3/4 cup of pumpkin
1/2 cup of PB2 powdered peanut butter
1/2 tsp of pumpkin spice
1 tsp of vanilla extract (pure option)
2 tbsp of maple syrup (pure option)
Directions:
Mix lol ingredients. Place Ina sealed jar or sealed container and refrigerate overnight. Can serve cold or wRm. Add some cool whip for that pumpkin pie craving.
