Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups of gluten free oats
1 unsweetened flaked coconut
2/3 cup of honey
1/2 cup of coconut oil
1 cup of almond butter
1tbsp of flaxseed
2 tsp vanilla
6 tbsp of dark coconut powder

Directions:

Mix oats and coconut together in a bowl. In a saucepan mix almond butter; honey; coconut oil together and bring to a boil. Add the liquid ingredients into the bowl of dried ingredients. Add vanilla, cocoa powder and flaxseed. Mix well and place balls of mixture on wax paper covered cookie sheet and place in freezer. Enjoy! Store in freezer.
