Ingredients:
Salad:
Spinach
4-6 boiled eggs
Natural bacon (no preservatives) 3-4 slices
Dressing:
1/3 cup Olive oil
1/3 cup Red wine vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
Additions:
Onions
Mushrooms
Directions:
Make salad after boiling eggs. Option is to slightly heat or carmalized 1 package of mushrooms and 1 red onion. Bring to a boil olive oil; red wine vinegar and sugar. Add more oil if you like less tart dressing or add more vinegar for a more flavorful dressing.
