Easy Healthy Dinner

Easy Healthy Dinner (Gluten Free and Dairy Free)

Ingredients:

3-4 Chicken Breast
Dash Salt
Dash Pepper
1-2 tsp Basil
1-2 tsp Oregano
2 small tomatoes
Fresh Garlic (2 tbsp)
1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar
Olive Oil
Veggie Mozzarella Cheese
3 tbsp of brown sugar

Directions:

Place chicken breasts in skillet with olive oil; oregano; basil and salt&pepper. Cook in skillet for no more than 5-6 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet. Use the olive oil mixture but add brown sugar and garlic until well mixed. Pour the mixture over your chicken and add tomatoes. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 410 degrees. Add cheese and cover until melted.
