Easy and Healthy Egg Salad Sandwich
Ingredients:
3 avacodos
8 boiled eggs (try green eggs for less cholesterol)
4 green onions chopped
1 tablespoon of dairy free or Greek yogurt
Salt and pepper (Himalayan Salt preferred)
1/2 lemon juice
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Place on gluten free or whole wheat bread with lettuce and enjoy!
