Does Everyone Experience the Endorphon Rush (Runner’s High)?

One benefit we all have from exercise is the endorphin rush. Endorphins are releaased within your body for a variety of reasons;such as pain from an injury, consuming food that effects your digestive system as well as exercise. Endorphins are signaled to be released to counterbalance what is happening in your body. It can be the bandaid for pain or the “happy” pill after exercise.

Everyone experiences different degrees of the “runner’s high” (endorphin rush). One person may feel that high after exercise while another person experience a slower rush. The slower rush may be seen through a better nights sleep, a more meloncally outlook on life or even better concentration. Just remember whether you experience the instant rush or the slower rush, exercise is the answer to so many improvements in your daily life! Exercise=Easier Daily Life
