Cloud Bread-How Good is it?

Cloud bread really does deserve a try! It is gluten free; low in carbohydrates and the serving size is perfect. It is easy to make with a few ingredients and 20-30 minutes in the oven. Use it for sandwiches; replace it for your toast in the morning or use it as a snack with natural peanut butter.

Ingredients:

3 eggs separated
3 tablespoons of cream cheese (fat free option)
1/4 tsp of cream of tartar
1 Tablespoon of honey or Stevai

Preheat oven to 300 degrees
Separate eggs into two bowls. In the bowl containing the yolk. Mix cream cheese and your sweetener with the yolks. Mix cream and tartar and the white part of the eggs with a blender until the mixture is fluffy and forms peaks. Gently fold in the yolk, cream cheese and sweetener mixture. Drop 8-10 spoonfuls onto sprayed cookie sheet. Cook times will vary. I only had mine in for 15 minutes. Watch carefully.
