Working out just 20 minutes a day can extend your life but you woke-up today exhausted. You are contemplating whether you should just get out of bed and suffer through your workout or reset your alarm for an hour from now. You may think I just need to get up and stop being lazy but is that the right answer every morning?

Do you know that an extra hour of sleep can help your heart, your weight and your mind. Inflammation is linked to heart problems, diabetes and arthritis. People who get less than six hours of sleep per night typically have more inflammation problems.

If you are looking to improve your speed, increase your muscle mass while you are running or weight training then increase your sleep hours (up to 10 hours per night. You will increase your stamina and you will decrease your fatigue.

Per a study at the University of Chicago, the more you sleep the higher your lean muscle mass and the lower your overall fat weight. Did you know that if you are tired, your hormones increase as well as your appetite?

So, the answer to whether you should reset your
