Healthy Reese’s Bars

1.5 cups of rolled oats (gluten free option)
1/2 cup of protein powder
1/2 cup of rice cereal
1/2 cup of natural peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3-4 tbsp of dark chocolate chips
1/2 tbsp count oil
1/2 cup pure maple syrup

Mix oats, protein powder, Rice Krispies in a large bowl. Add peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Press mixture into 8 inch pan lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 15-20 minutes. While bars are in the freezer, melt coconut oil and chips in sauce pan. Drizzle chocolate mixture over bars. Cut and serve. Remaining bars should stay in the freezer.
