Monster Bands are a Must!

If your asking what a monster band is, you need to google them. Monster bands are great for advanced exercises but can be modified for the beginner. Create your own Bootcamp class with one band. You can run with it; squat and press; resist and row it; and use it to add to your ab routine. I attached a few pictures for reference along with the list of exercises. Give it a try!
