Breakfast Ham Rolls

Breakfast Ham Rolls:


5 whole eggs and 5 egg whites
10 slices of preservative free natural ham
Peppers (diced)
Onions (diced)
Cheese (sparingly)


Cook eggs in skillet and add peppers, onions and cheese. Place small scoop of mixture in center of ham slice. Roll the ham slice and place in casserole dish. This should make 8-10 servings. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 375.IMG_0045
